yeah you know it’s interesting i have been in the home based business arena

now for 21 years and I’ve always used the residual income you know much i

guess but you know I started asking people showing the business to do you

understand what residual income is and i was shocked that nine out of ten people

had no idea what I was talking about so all those presentations I did they never

understood what residual income is because most people never get it

and so what I want to talk about it is this is the value of our compensation

customer and when you think about that that’s exciting because everyone uses

these services so we get paid every month for those services and the more

actually the services they have so if my mom comes in to ACN as a customer

so what we want to do is accumulate customer . because we want to maximize

this and get our full ten percent when you think about that today the average

flash wireless verizon bill is about sixty four dollars a month if you were

earning ten percent residual income on someone’s wireless bill that could be as

much as six dollars and forty cents every single month that you’re getting

just on that one bill and that’s a one time

I’m acquisition of that customer you’re getting paid so you’re gonna need 60

personal points and you know some people think well geez that’s a lot of points

and some people think it’s not that many points but honestly guys the reason why

we want to shoot for that glow 60 points is ACN is basically a climbing ladder of

you know one of the things that I found very interesting when I find out I ended

up you know yesterday I help somebody switch over their services and just in

there one household they he pulled over 20 points when they change the other

services over now we’ve shown you some bubbles here at people who are three

points and nine points and six points and how quickly that adds up to over 60

. let alone if you get somebody who actually switches over for services or

depth their mobile service of with their entire family

it adds up very very quickly but let’s take a look now at a program that i am

personally so excited about because I’ve had years of training and experience in

the mobile wireless mobile industry and the MVNO industry where we are helping

help others which many is in that and that’s really where you make the most

money in life is by helping other people but in that one strategy right there all

we did is we went out we acquired are five personal services so that we can

have free wireless which is like putting seven hundred thousand dollars in your

pocket a year and then on top of that we focused on helping those customers not

people that came into the business but people to just became our customer we
16:31
help them work their contact with to get five other referrals so that you get the
16:37
personal . you get the personal residual and then your qualifying yourself for

the entire compensation plan by doing that and you know Stacy it doesn’t stop

there what if you help those five of each customer also get free service

you’re talking about hundreds of customer points and i love that because

what those points mean for you as it means you can begin to escalate through

how you can grow from an executive team trainer all the way out through a senior

vice president even if it took you five six seven years to do this

maybe maybe you had a 10-year game plan that says you know by the time I reach a

certain age

I want to be able to have a business that pays me residually there is no such

thing as overnight success but with time we always like to say take one year to

learn one year to earn three to five to build a solid residual business and what

that does for you is that allows you to grow through the ranks of ACN Shane take

absolutely well the first position is called executive team trainer and the

way that works is once you have a toll with 25 team customer . you

automatically promotes the executive team trainer level the next level is

called executive team leader and really guys all it is is continuing to grow

your network and that leveraged income by building a team of 75 customer points

the next position which is team coordinator you just need 600 total

customer points in at least three legs

so it’s it’s just time right it’s just time to make those positions happen now

on the residual over all right side this to me is the most important part because

i wanted a leveraged income and a leveraged income means that other people

everyone’s doing a little but everyone is getting paid a lot so it’s important

that we grew up together our efforts so what we’re going to show you here is

exactly how you can start to build an organization

now every single person that comes on your team they obviously get their own

online store and this online store is maintained by ecn and what’s great about

it is is it were referring customers on the

when store but we can also refer people on his business partners and as we start

to grow our network let’s say for example we go out and we sponsor a

couple business owners three to be exact

those people would be considered on your first level so you’re going to see here

those customers now that doesn’t sound like a lot but your first level is

always your smallest level because it’s starting to duplicate out now when those

people go out with our help and refer on some other business owners and they come

now all the sudden you’ll notice that your organization is getting bigger and

those people are on your second level and so as you’re good – organization

continues to grow through 7 full levels

so there’s no business out there in the world today that works this well because

this is a leveraged style business and one of the things i like to think about

when I’m talking about becoming an independent business owner you know I do

a lot of online marketing for me is having an online e-commerce store and

I’m going to help other people start their own e-commerce store you can see

here if I started and just help three people build their e-commerce store and

on that e-commerce store there’s energy electric there’s cable there’s dish

network there’s a TT we’ve got all kinds of services that were offering through

these stores and if I just went out and shared it with three people who said i

want to start an online store and you can see how quickly that can grow if

everyone starts sharing with others what happens is if you’ve got all these

stores in your network the company is now paying you a percentage override on

I like to compare it to a chick-fil-a example you know when you start a

chick-fil-a they apply someone in to train you

you have to sit under the tutelage of a regional trainer and and they stay with

you until they feel like you’ve done enough to run that store on your own now

basically for doing that you actually get a percentage override on that

typically because you helped train that let alone if you’re one of the investors

now what’s great about that is you know unfortunately with a chick-fil-a or any

other franchise you’re going to spend hundreds of thousands if not millions of

dollars just to get started in order to get a small percentage off of one of

those brick and mortar establishments

what we’re talking about here for 399 dollar investment you can start an

online e-commerce store help other people do the same and the company is

going to pay you as you can see the biggest level is generally your lowest

level that’s why they put the biggest percentage down there at level eight

because they know if they can pay you eight percent override on those

businesses you’re going to dig down deep into your organization and again you’re

going to help those people be successful and remember there’s no limit to how

many stores you can have on each level and there’s no limit to how many

customers you can have coming inside each one of those e-commerce source

now before we go any further I just want to stop and do another disclaimer

because we’re going a little deeper in this compensation plan and we’re going

to show you some hypothetical examples of how those points and percentages can

actually equal dollars but we want to be very clear that nothing of what we are

showing you come simple or easy

we want to make sure you know that what we do this is a profession of direct

cells where we’re taking goods and services and we’re moving them to

consumers to e-commerce stores

it requires effort and we want to make sure that’s very clear because you’re

going to see that the effort in a

the N can equal some pretty extraordinary incomes if people are

willing to pay the price

so Shane let’s talk again about a real life example of residual income

yeah you know just just like we were talking on the on the last slide and

this is something I’d like to say as well as that you know guys

anything worth having is isn’t it something that you work for something

that you build it takes over time so on our last night you were talking about

how when you love you sponsor people in your organization and they create those

online stores and as they grow let’s just assume on that last slide that you

know all the people that came in and simply just referred on 10 services ever

in there ACN business and those services were roughly forty dollars a month
23:43
what you’re gonna earn in excess of fifty hundred dollars a month in
23:46
residual income when that happens

so as as we talk about it like you can mentally say you know what if my

organization only grew half the size or what if all the ideas that that had
23:59
online stores only got five services versus 10 or the bills are only twenty

dollars must reverse forty dollars love when you think of the power residual

income and what that’s worth today because so few people ever even realized

one residual check in their lifetime and so it’s very important to understand the

power of this income because this income is built on something you did years ago

not something that you’re doing today

you know we spoke with somebody yesterday Shane they’re used to making a

very strong six figure income and insurance we’ve got a number of real

estate agents my family of course has been for 40-plus years in in real estate

they were brokers and one thing about industries like that is you are doing

really good as long as you’re selling it

because you’re out there and if you’re you got a good month and you’re closing

on multiple houses that’s a great month but that’s what they call it

feast or famine because in the months where you’re not or maybe you want to

take off and be with your family or god forbid something happens in your ill and

you can’t be out there selling or maybe you can’t get to your job

unfortunately you don’t get paid residual income something you work very

hard for early on you build a network you saw that example a minute ago where

it just showed if you just grew a network of hot

it can grow to a substantial residual income so Shane let’s take a look at

what their 30-day goals should look like to say they’re looking at this and

they’re saying okay I get it

I want to get started what should they do in their first 48 hours after getting

well I think one of the keys to have things having success in a home based

business is setting the bar high

meaning that you are the example so you’re not just doing this for you

you’re doing it for your team that follows to say hey this is what I

accomplished so we’ve set some very doable goals here

and honestly some of these goals are our goals that many of you will break many

times over the record on it but in your first 48 good first 48 hours we want you

to go out and acquire a minimum of four services that equal that seven total

customer points with of course to love being outside your home so that you
26:13
become a qualified team trainer now remember that when you go out and you do
26:18
this one of the examples that we shared earlier was Stacey one out and she

gathered her all services in her own home I think she had somewhere between
26:27
what was it 12 and 13 points through 45 services so remember that every time

that you’ll acquire a customer that’s a person
26:36
now they go out now obviously if we acquire this a flash wireless with them
26:41
at home security dish network then that’s going to be multiple services for
26:46
multiple points with the one hinging factors that you have to acquire at
26:50
least two services outside your home so that’s what makes us a legitimate

business

is it were actually offering services to people and that’s what this is all about

that’s one of the reasons why we say get and get started

that’s how you become a qualified team trainer but we don’t stop there

we want you to also look in your first seven days at becoming an executive team

you need a minimum of 25 teen customer points so that includes your customer

points and all of your team’s customer points when you have one person on your

team or 10 it doesn’t matter now the reason why you want to position yourself

to the executive team trainer level is you start to now earn upfront bonuses

when people join your team who get qualified so we find this to be a

crucial step because the people to become executive team trainer and their

first seven days always go on to do more successful things and again you’re

setting the bar high for your organization ization you’re being the

leader you’re out in front now as as we continue on our next goal over the next

30 days is for you to have a minimum of 15 services personally with a total of

seventy-five team customer points

now that’s not 75 more points than the 25 you already did but just 50 points

more in your team

now the reason you want to do this is you want to become an executive team

leader in your first 30 days because that also spikes up your income earning

potential on the people to join your team to now one hundred dollars which

so we want to take you through this process in the first 30 days so that you

can do the same and this is something that’s really important to understand

that once you accomplish these goals

you’ve done everything that you ever do in ACN and from that point forward

for me i started off with the four and then I ended up getting the this your

the great thing about that is she doesn’t have to be personally in your

home services its services you’ve personally referred to ACN so maybe you

have 10 in your home and you found five other services to one other customer

this is a great way that you can see how quickly you can grow through the

compensation plan of ACN what we want you to also target when you come in is

having a 90-day goal now over the course of the last 20 years traveling with zig

ziglar being on stage with them goals was very important to every single

seminar whether we were doing it for 20 people or 20,000 we talk people to how

to set strategic goals when you come in to ACN one of the things Shane and I are

going to do we’re going to immediately start goal setting with you
